In that case, you might be issued a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress made.✦ In the case of a regular commission (one I don't withdraw from) there will be strictly no refunds.✦ I reserve the right to work on other projects during active commissions.✦ Corporate/talent company cost will be at least 2x the price depending on company scale.✦ Vtuber models may be used for commercial streaming/vtubing purposes.✦ Please credit me when you use the commissioned work. In the case of a model, please credit me clearly in a permanent spot on your Twitch and/or Twitter bio.✦ Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.✦ Do not use the commissioned work for any AI related purposes. Including training, image generation, etc.✦ You are not allowed to resell the model without my express permission (the Live2D cmo3 work file will not be given/sold in ANY case), redistribute the files, or claim the artwork as your own. If you'd like to edit or add on to the model, please contact me!✦ Prices are subject to change at anytime.

✦ Applications are made through VGen or Google Forms, found on the homepage and typically Twitter.✦ Commissions are partially selective, partially FCFS. In the event that there's any overrun, the earlier applicants receive priority, and I'll add the later ones to my waitlist! (if desired)✦ If you're selected, I'll contact you within a week via your preferred contact method. I'll discuss your commission details with you and give you a price quote and approximate starting time for the commission.✦ For commissions starting right away, payment will be upfront, through PayPal invoice. The invoice will only be sent when I am ready to start on your commission!✦ If you're placed in a later starting batch, you'll need to pay 50% of the price upfront to secure your commission spot. I'll contact you and send you an invoice for the remaining 50% when I'm ready to start on your commission.✦ I will officially start your commission after receiving the complete payment.✦ Once I have started on your commission, there will be strictly no refunds.✦ If there is no response within 7 days regarding slots or payment when contact is attempted, the slot will be given to the next person in the waitlist, or put back up for availability.✦ Please feel free to ask for WIP's or updates at any time during the commission process! However, please provide timely feedback so I can keep your commission on schedule.✦ Once started, the commission turnaround time will be within 1-6 weeks. If you ordered an art + rig, please allow this amount of time for EACH stage.✦ Things like family and health issues may arise, which may extend the estimated work time. I'll try to announce them through Twitter if they do, but please understand if I forget. In the case of forgetting, I'll usually let you know through dm's with my next update.✦ As a general process, I first do a very rough colored sketch, then lineart and flat colors where many things are fixed/adjusted, or added. Next, I do the rendering and basic cutting. I'll send screenshot updates for each of these stages. Once this is all approved, I finish off any last cuts then start the rigging process.✦ During the sketching phase, you can request as many revisions as you'd like. For lining and render phases, you may request 3 changes max each. However, for the final model and rig, please note that only minor revisions can be made. For any changes I deem as major, you will be charged a fee.✦ For RIG-ONLY commissions, you'll need to provide a ready-to-rig .PSD file. All parts should be properly named, grouped, and drawn wholly. It must be in default position, upright and centered, and the face symmetry line should be along the canvas' center line. Please ensure that any extra assets needed (tears, hearts, stars, tongue, etc.) needed for expressions are included. I'll look over the model and let you know if there are any revisions that need to be made, and you can have your artist make the changes, or I can do them for a fee (starting at $60).✦ I'll send updates at the following stages: eye and mouth shapes, head angles, body movements, and the finished rig. Please feel free to ask for revisions or changes at any of these stages!✦ After the model has been approved, I'll send the files to you. If you find any small issues or revisions you'd like made, please let me know within a week. Any revisions past that will be charged a fee.
